This page explains what data may be processed when you use the makeitflow website, contact form and admin panel.

Data controller

What data the website collects

If you send the contact form, the website may collect your full name, email address, phone number, business type and message content. The server may also save basic technical data, such as the form submission time, an IP address hash and browser information. This data helps handle the inquiry and limit abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed to answer your inquiry, understand automation needs and continue correspondence. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and the controller's legitimate interest, meaning handling correspondence, securing the form and establishing, pursuing or defending possible claims.

Voluntary submission

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address or another contact method it may be impossible to reply. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or your customers' data in the form unless it is necessary to describe the matter.

Retention period

Form data is kept for the time needed to handle the inquiry and further correspondence. If the contact leads to cooperation, data may be kept for the period required by law or needed to secure possible claims. Messages that do not lead to cooperation may be periodically removed from the admin panel and email inbox.

Data recipients

Data may be processed by hosting providers, email providers, technical tool providers and people helping operate the website or inquiries, only to the extent needed for the website and contact to work. Data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland: uodo.gov.pl, if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.

No profiling

Form data is not used for automated decision-making or user profiling.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only essential technologies needed for the website, contact form and admin panel to work.

Remembering the notice

After you click the button in the privacy notice, the browser may store local information that the notice has been closed. This is used only to avoid showing it on every visit.

Admin panel

The admin panel is intended only for the person operating the website. It may use technical session mechanisms needed for login and security. They are not used to track visitors of the public website.

External tools

The public website does not load advertising or analytics tools.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated if the way the website, form, hosting or tools work changes.
